About the scores and data

BCI scores use the same calculation as spanSense: element condition scores from severity and extent, weighted by element importance, per the Highways Agency Guidance Document for Performance Measurement of Highway Structures, Part B1. Results are for guidance; the inspecting engineer remains responsible for the assessment.
